To add prompt template to prompt library
Access prompt library
Activate the mini prompt library by opening the sidebar menu and clicking on 1-click prompts. Alternatively, you can access the full prompt library by clicking on the MaxAI.me logo in the top left corner of the sidebar and selecting the second item on the left.

Add new prompt template
You can mark your favorite prompt templates for easier access. To create your own prompt, click on the “own” tab next to the “public” tab and select the “Add new prompt template” option to set up a personal prompt.
Interface overview
- Template*: This field is where you define the prompt template. An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
- Capabilities: Select or view the capabilities or features that the prompt can utilize.
- Context: Use special variables like {CURRENT_WEBSITE_DOMAIN}}, and {{SYSTEM_CURRENT_DATE}}, which will be dynamically replaced with real data when the prompt is used.
- {{CURRENT_WEBSITE_DOMAIN}}: The current website’s domain.
- {{SYSTEM_CURRENT_DATE}}: Today’s date (e.g., 2023-11-12).
- Add new variables: This is a section where you can define additional variables to be used within the prompt. There is an ‘Add’ button to include new variables after typing the search term.
- AI response language: Allows you to set the language for the AI responses, here showing a toggle switch with the text “Use language setting.
- Description: This space allows you to provide a concise description of your prompt template and the potential outcomes users can expect.
- Category and Use case: Allows you to categorize the prompt template.
- Author name and Author URL: A field to input the name of the author and the URL associated who created this prompt template.
Edit your customized prompt
- Enter your prompt in the text box.
- Select the needed variable placeholders or add a new variable placeholder.
- Choose the AI response language as needed.
- Choose a clear title and detailed description for your prompt template.
- Click the “Save prompt” button in the bottom right corner to finish. The prompt can then be accessed in the prompt library in the “Own” tab.
